Kitchen and first floor remodel:

Project description:

The customer wanted the whole house updated before she moved in so we began the demolition the day after she closed on the house. Adding a beam to remove the center wall and relocating the rear door opened up the floor plan to allow for a three-seat center island and an enlarged kitchen.
White cabinetry and quartz countertops contrasted beautifully with the dark fixtures. New iron railings were installed to meet the code. Wallpaper was removed from the bedroom walls. New trim and doors helped complete the upgraded look. White vinyl replacement windows improved the livability of the space.

Kitchen addition:

Project description:

Expanded the house footprint by 10’ to install a new modern kitchen highlighted by the 7 seat island. Interior space utilized for larger mudroom, new walk-in pantry, and dry bar. White perimeter cabinets and grey-blue island cabinets create a beautiful space that has changed how the family lives and entertains.

Project description:

An expanded kitchen with a large 4 seat island. A new mudroom with cubbies, a new pantry, and a new coat closet. Created space to pull the laundry upstairs from the basement. Upgrades to the rest of the house included new windows throughout, conversion to natural gas from oil, and new separate forced air ducted units for the 1st and 2nd floors.

Project description:

A simple yet nice bathroom remodel to include new tile, vanity cabinet, paint, lighting, mirrors, fixtures to go along with the new kitchen in the adjacent room.
