Basement remodel:

Project description:

Full finished basement to include new family tv area, fine wine storage, exercise area, and dance floor with full mirror.

Construction cost: $50.000 – $70.000

Remodel a Basement:
Ted has been very attentive to our project this entire process. He been professional and timely in the estimates he provided and has maintained an open line communication with us along the way.

Building Addition:
Ted built a 24x24 addition that involved dealing with Conservation over wetland issues. Quality work with attention to details and great design suggestions. I converted family room to garage and added mud room, laundry, bathroom and family room. Addition is beautiful. Would highly recommend.

The Gowdy Group was great. Did a full bathroom remodel. They removed everything, tore down to the studs and had it all replaced.
