Family room addition:
Project description:
Client wanted to make sure her single-story bungalow could accommodate her needs for many years into retirement. Changes include converting her garage-turned-family room back into a garage and adding an addition with a new family room, mudroom, first-floor laundry, and larger full bath. Project design including extensive wetland permitting.
Construction cost: $150.000 – $200.000

Screened porch deck conversion:
Project description:
Convert an existing deck into a screened-in porch. Framing included new posts and beams as the house could not support the new roof load. Highlights include a new cedar tongue and groove ceiling, and white aluminum screen framing. The use of special metal piers meant we could save the existing deck.

Family room over two car garage addition:
Project description:
Client wanted to finally get all of their cars in their own garage space. Garage location required permitting with Conservation Commission, coordinated by GGDB. Family Room above has stair to garage, a new gas fireplace with custom TV mount above, and a new hallway into kitchen area to connect the new to the old.
Construction cost: $130.000 – $180.000
